What to Include in the RFQ
Answer first: SENICO uses RFQ evidence rather than public live stock claims. A complete request should make the exact ordering code, approved alternates, quantity, destination, documentation needs and timing clear enough for suppliers to quote safely.
- Exact part number, manufacturer, package, suffix, grade and any approved alternate list.
- Target quantity, annual usage if available, destination country and required delivery window.
- BOM line notes, application restrictions, date-code limits, packing preference and certificate requirements.
- Whether substitutes are forbidden, pre-approved, or allowed only after engineering review.
- Required quote evidence, such as photos, labels, traceability documents, warranty terms or inspection records.
